Уважаемый Зевс-громовержец! :-(((((
все сделала, кроме пункта ", потому как не знаю, где находится реестр, и как его читстить... если подскажете - буду очень рада.
так вот, все сделала, как вы сказали - не работает, зараза! выдает ошибку 0401 и вот это, если нажать на "жмите здесь, если проблем персист"

Following is a list of the ICQ flowers and the types of issues they can represent:

Yellow ICQ Flower: If you have a yellow ICQ flower in your system tray, this can indicate a few different problems:
ICQ has detected an Internet connection, and is attempting to connect to the ICQ servers. ICQ will continue to try to connect until it succeeds.
You have tried to login too many times. ICQ will connect to the network automatically once an interval of time has passed.
There is a temporary problem with the ICQ server. ICQ will continue to try to connect. When it succeeds, your ICQ client will launch automatically.
