Помогите, пожалуйста, перевести с английского на фрнцузский или на русский в крайнем случае :

To assess the fairness of the resource sharing, the average lateness between the required time for a position sending and the actual time allowed by the coordination was measured. However, the conditions in which this measure is taken is also important. If taken with a saturated GeoHub, the measure would essentially represent the average
delay forced by the shortage in processing capacity of the server. For example, in the above saturation conditions, if the capacity is equally divided up and statically pre-allocated, the processing capacity per autonomic manager would be one position each 300s, while the required mean frequency calls for one position sending each 150s.
Hence, a mean delay of 150s could be blamed on the shortage of resource itself. So, experiments were conducted in conditions were the capacity largely exceeds the total required frequency so that the average latency can be blamed on the coordination only.
