Mission
Reporting to the Purchasing Manager for Indirect Materials and Services, you have several areas of responsibility
contribution to growth (improvement of gross margin)and to cash (cost reduction)

Defining and challenging internal needs

Negotiation of agreements with local and international suppliers

Monitoring of the compliance with the supply agreements (service levels, QCD targets)

Definition and achievement of target price and target material cost

Identification and implementation of cost saving opportunities at the earliest possible stage

Global Sourcing and constant optimization of the existing supplier basis
Exploring continuously the supplier market, attending conferences, benchmarking, networking
Requirements
The following skills and experience are expected:

Ideally first experience (0-2 years) in Purchasing and/or other similar experience (Logistics, Supply Chain, Planning, Marketing…)

International background via education or work

Familiar with financial elements and analysis

Good understanding of business, business strategy, and business processes

Excellent communication and negotiation skills

Ability to drive people and teams, to innovate, and to adapt to new circumstances

Creativity and capacity to find solutions

Dynamic, positive, open, enthusiastic, you like taking initiatives and are a team player
Fluent English and Russian
