Cancellation conditions

For rates allowing it (depending on sales conditions applicable to the rate), you may cancel your reservation up to 6:00 p.m. (hotel local time) on the day of arrival. To do so, go to "Cancel a reservation" at accorhotels.com.
- By contacting the hotel directly before 7:00 p.m. (hotel's local time).
- By calling the Ibis Hotels express reservation number: 0 892 686 686 (Euro 0.34/min, from France only.)
If you are unable to come to the hotel and you have not cancelled your reservation, you will be charged for the first night.

Thank you for letting us know as soon as possible that you wish to cancel.
If you have a guarantied reservation, you must call the hotel before 7pm on the day of your arrival.
A number certifying your cancellation will be given to you. It will confirm that your reservation has been cancelled, and it will guaranty your reimbursement.
WARNING : Do not forget that you must imperatively cancel your reservation before 7pm, because after that time, the first night will be charged to you, though your reservation will be cancelled.
