Не знаю точно как там в US сейчас, но моё резюме кода-то висело на monster.com, dice.com, hotjobs.com, так до сих пор шлют офферы из SF, хотя я уже как 2 года все снял... вот только что пришло, если кто хочет :

·Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
·Minimum of 5 years database administration experience in Oracle (v7
or above).
·Minimum of 2 years Oracle Applications Database Administration.
·Strong Problem Solving skills - ability to effectively and
efficiently apply appropriate knowledge/skills/experience to diagnose
and
recommend solutions to any database related problems.
·Must have medium size production database administration experience.
Medium size means number of servers is 6 or above and the largest size
of
the database should be at least over 3 gigabytes. Must have
operations
skills and discipline.
·Willingness to take initiative to contribute beyond basic
responsibilities.
·Strong analytical and communication skills
·Strong organizational skills as well as quality focused
·Strong Planning/Task Organization skills
·Ability to work effectively and independently with minimal
directions from manager

·Familiar with System Development Life Cycle
·Familiar with Sybase and SQL Server
·Familiar with Siebel, Vantive, Peoplesoft or other leading third
party software application suites.
·Project Lead experience
·Experience in relational database design.
·Experience in implementing Client Server applications
·Familiar with CASE, preferably ERWIN, Knowledgeware, LBMS, or Oracle
CASE.
·Experience in package implementation
·Experience in SQL, C, Bourne/C shell scripts programming is a plus
·Application tuning experience is highly desirable.
