Встречный вопрос: подскажите, пожалуйста, ссылки на теорию перевода. Я так понимаю, что книг не так уж много по этой дисциплине, больше нужно иметь практики...

Шушунечка, полно и подробно по теории перевода ответить не могу, поскольку во Франции эту дисциплину не изучала. Но периодически, в разных лингвистических журналах, попадаются статейки именно по этим проблемам. Попробуйте набрать в поисковике traductologie, посмотрите, что выйдет.
Последняя статья, которую я видела, была в бельгийском журнале "l'homme et le langage", кажется за прошлый или позапрошлый год (там всего несколько номеров в год, но статьи такие обстоятельные, чувствуется лингвистическая "мощь" мысли ). Автор - с русской фамилией и именем, преподаёт в Тулузе именно теорию перевода.
Если вам это интересно, я надосуге загляну в библиотеку и уточню библиографические данные.

Шушуня, я ошиблась : автор не из Тулузы, а из Пуатье. Имя - Boris LOBATCHEV. Название статьи : "Pour une entreprise cognitivo-interprétative : du yo-yo de la traduction à la traduction de l'Autre. Comment capter la réalité mouvante au moyen d'une langue?", 2004.

Да, я не совсем поняла: какая именно тематика Вас интересует, потому как теория перевода и техника перевода - несколько разные вещи.
Журнал "L'homme et le langage", который я Вам посоветовала, публикует статьи в основном по теоретическим проблемам языкознания и соответственно для "продвинутой" публики.
Технических советов по переводу Вы там точно не найдёте. Увы!
