Experience:•7yrs + experience in an international marketing role in Europe / knowledge of N. America market also an advantage.
•Team management and development experience - motivating, managing and developing remote BAM’s across multiple markets
•A qualified trade marketer with knowledge of design and execution of BTL campaigns that run across multiple markets and deliver measurable results.
•Experience gained either through FMCG or similar field strongly preferred.
•University degree in marketing, business management or a related field required.

Job Requirements:

•Strong leadership skills and personality to manage remote teams
•Superior written, spoken, and presentation skills; Able to communicate with people at all levels of the business from key retail partners, country directors and exec to local BAM’s.
•Must be fluent in written/ spoken English. Other European languages a strong plus (esp. German, Dutch, Italian)
•Hands-on and results oriented; demonstrated bias for action and a proven track record of delivering strong business results
•Ability to adapt well to a continually changing environment
•Strong business acumen. Prior P&L management a plus
•Requires regular travel across European markets and North America
•Proficiency with all Microsoft Office products
