Списалась с ademas. Они мне ответили:

We have already booked visits for groups on 20th at 9.00, 21st at 14.00
and 14.30. These visits are walking tours in the metro with a metro
historian (it is not the all night tour, which has been suspended since
2007, and will certainly not restart).

Generally, our groups dont mind having a few extra visitors. The point
is that these groups being of French people, we may not have much time
to give you extra details in English - you'll have to follow French
language, but the extra speaker, in charge of keeping an eye on
everything, will talk with you in English, if you don't speak French.

I think the February 20th at 9.00 group will be the easiest for you.
Meeting is at 9.00 at Châtelet Métro station, taking the exit called
"Place Sainte-Opportune" ; meeting is right up the stairs in the
street.

Visit is 3.00 to 3.30 hours long according to the questions we answer,
and finishes in the neighborhood of Strasbourg Saint Denis station.

Fee is 12 EUR per person, plus one ticket (or valid transport or
tourist pass) to travel for each person.

At the end of the tour, the society's book stall about Paris & metro is
available (cash - no credit card).

Так что на экскурсию попадаем. Правда она не на английском.... ну ладно.
А ночные экскурсии они больше не устраивают, только утром и днем.
