DELF, DALF

Всех приветствую. Собираюсь поступать с белорусским дипломом на M2 во французский ВУЗ. Нашел следующую информацию по поводу знания языка:

Attention: Unlike applicants for the bachelor level (L1/L2), you are not subjected to a language test. A good level of French is nevertheless recommended because the majority of the courses are given in French.

Неужели она означает, что поступая на M2, необязательно знать французский язык с подтверждением DELF или TCF? Лишь желательно его знать, чтобы можно было учиться?

И вот еще что:

For Erasmus students and students enrolled on a Licence or Masters program these courses are free. All other students will be charged 250 Euros for 30 hours of courses or 400 Euros for 60 hours of courses (depending on their initial level).

Это означает, что я могу бесплатно, поступая на М2, подучить язык во Франции перед началом обучения в их магистратуре? О_о
