The big and very rich international company with the offices located in the USA and Europe is searching for the personal assistant for the President of the company.
The required skills are: perfect knowledge of Windows XP; ability to install WIndows XP, the other applications; hands on experience in detecting the viruses and protecting the laptop of the President from them;
English is a must. The knowledge of the other languages is a plus.
50% of the working time will be related to computers, 50% will be related to some other tasks: representations, preparations, assistance, negotiations, the other kinds of the tasks given by the president of the company. The position is more related to personal assistance rather than just Windows administration. Thus the candidate must be polite, helpfull; The candidate must have the simple skills in etiquette because the personal assistant (PA) will accompany the president of the company in all the meetings, etc.
The position requires to travel a lot. 30% of the working time will be in the USA (in the offices and villas of the president in: NYC, Washington DC, Los Angeles, Hawaii), the other 70% will be in the offices/villas of EU in: Paris, Milan, London, Madrid, Monaco, Rome, etc.
One of the necessary requirements will be to assist the president in all his travels.
Dress-code is required. The casual dress will be provided by the company.
The salary will be in the range: 7000-12000 EUR/month (tax free). Medical and dental insurance as well as housing and personal car will be provided in each country where the candidate will work.
If the president will work on his villa, the candidate will must stay all the time in the villa of the president too in order to be helfull when it will be necessary for the president.
