Директивы ЕС?

В этом году вступили в силу многие директивы ЕС, в том числе и поводу иностранцев,
такие как:

- вид на жительство для всего ЕС (no. 2003/109/EC),

- разрешение супругам граждан ЕС ездить по всему ЕС без виз (напримет из Франции в Великобританию) независимо от собственного гражданства (no. 2004/38/EC).


В Германии все активно обсуждается, а что во Франции, есть ли какие проекты
законов по этому поводу?

А не подскажите, пожалуйста, где там про Великобританию? И где список Union States в no. 2004/38/EC? Мне, к сожалению, сейчас некогда все прочитать.

То есть, это пока только обсуждается? Пока не принят такой закон? А то делать визу, например, в Англию, надо, ведь не Шенген. А если примут такой закон, то мороки будет меньше.

Директива-то существует. А вот государственные законы еще не приведены в соответствие с директивой...

EEA nationals and their family members

EEA & Swiss Nationals
Citizens of the following countries are EEA nationals:
In order to apply for an EEA Family permit in Paris, you must demonstrate that you are legally resident in France
Austria
Greece
Netherlands
Belgium
Iceland *
Norway *
Denmark
Ireland
Portugal
France
Italy
Spain
Finland
Liechtenstein *
Cyprus
Latvia
Lithuania Slovakia
Poland
Czech republic Hungary
Germany
Luxembourg Malta
Estonia

* These countries are not members of the European Union (EU). However, the European Economic Area Agreement granted nationals of these countries the same rights to enter, live and work in the UK as EU citizens.

On arrival at major ports and airports, you should use the separate channel marked ‘EEA/EU’ where it is available. Please note that you must be in possession of a valid passport or identity card.

As an Eea national you are entitled to work, whether in employment, self-employment or in business, manage companies or establish local branches or subsidiaries. You do not require a work permit.
You also have right of residence in the UK if you are: a student or a retired person and in any other economically non-active capacity provided you have sufficient funds to support yourself throughout your stay without recourse to public funds.
You may, if you wish, apply to the Immigration and Nationality Directorate for a residence permit. A residence permit simply confirms that you have the right of residence in the UK under European Community Law.

Your family’s rights
The EEA national must either travel with their dependent or be exercising their treaty rights in the UK at the time that person travels

If your family members are EEA nationals they will have the same rights to live and work in the UK as you. The information in this section applies to your family members who are not EEA nationals (non-EEA family members).

If you have the right of residence in the UK you may be joined by members of your family.
Your family members are defined by European Community Law as:
your spouse
your or your spouse’s children or grandchildren if they are under 21 years of age
your or your spouse’s children or grandchildren over the age of 21 if they are dependent upon you
dependent relatives in the ascending line, such as your spouse’s parents or grandparents.
If you are a student your family members are restricted to your spouse and your dependent children only.

Non-EEA family members must obtain an EEA family permit before travelling to the UK if they are visa nationals, or if they are coming to live with you permanently or on a long-term basis. If they try to enter the UK for this purpose without an EEA family permit they may be refused admission.
The EEA family permit is a form of entry clearance issued free of charge for the purpose of allowing non-EEA dependants of an EEA national to travel to the UK.
In order to satisfy the Entry Clearance Officer you must provide evidence of the relationship (i.e. marriage certificate and/or birth certificates) and the EEA nationals nationality (valid travel document). Equally please provide a document to show that you are living with the EEA national (electricity bill, joint account). Please provide evidence that the EEA national will be exercising his/her treaty rights in the UK (i.e. work contract/payslips or evidence of their activities). We also require evidence that you are able to support yourself and your dependants whilst in the UK. You should therefore provide your last three full bank statements and evidence of resources for yourself and your spouse.

Директивы-то эти точно есть, введите просто их номер в гугле и получите
их текст на любом языке ЕС.
Вопрос-то у меня в том, насколько скоро во Франции собираются
принять законы по этому поводу. Я как раз собрался перебираться
из Германии во Францию, и меня это очень интересует.

upsik, не хочу вас расстраивать, но Франция вообще-то рекордсмен ЕС по затягиванию приведения французских законов в соответствие с директивами .... традиция тут такая
